Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Procista.io procurement platform.
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. Overview
Procista.io ("Procista", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted digital procurement platform that helps organizations manage requirements, suppliers, RFQs, quotations, approvals, and purchase orders. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform.
By accessing Procista, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts and access
Procista is provided to organizations on an invite and approval basis. Access is provisioned by Procista for your organization and an initial administrator, who may then invite additional users. There is no self-serve public sign-up.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your organization’s accounts.
3. Human-in-the-loop AI
Procista uses AI to assist procurement work — for example drafting RFQs and extracting data from supplier documents. AI assists; it does not decide. Suggested values are always shown alongside their source and require human confirmation before they are treated as authoritative.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before acting on it.
4. Customer data and ownership
Your organization owns the procurement data you put into Procista — requirements, supplier records, quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and related correspondence. We process it to provide the service.
We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and who our subprocessors are.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: attempting to access other organizations’ data; probing, scanning, or breaching security; sending unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through platform email features; or using the platform to violate applicable law.
Procista sends email on your behalf only through controlled, templated, workflow-anchored actions to protect deliverability and prevent abuse.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Procista available and reliable, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Specific availability and support commitments, where offered, are set out in your order or Enterprise agreement.
7. Fees
Pricing is tailored per organization and set out in your order or agreement. There are no public self-serve plans.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in your agreement. On termination, you may request an export of your organization’s data, and we will delete it in line with our retention practices (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Procista is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited as set out in your order or Enterprise agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, unless a different governing law is agreed in your Enterprise agreement.
